How we collect information

We collect information about website visitors and view it in an aggregate form, in order to improve the user experience. When you visit the website, we log standard web information, such as:

  • IP address, a number used to communicate with your computer on a network

  • Pages and objects viewed on the website

We also collect information about members who voluntarily choose to sign up:

  • Your name
  • Your billing address, if you provide it through PayPal when paying
  • Your program customization, if and when you choose to fill out the customization form in the member area. You may reset the customization at any time, so this information is not kept longer than required by you.
  • Feedback that you voluntarily submit to us

We never have access to your credit card or any other banking information.

Cookie are used to provide login functionality and they expire when you close your browser. Cookies are never shared with third parties.


Email and communications

We may store email messages that you send to us, along with our responses. We will never release your email address or the contents of your messages to any third parties without your permission. We do not send out periodic or unsolicited emails to our members, but we may contact you by email occasionally, especially in the following situations:

  • When you first sign up as a member, you will receive login instructions via email
  • If you request that your password be reset, you will receive such instructions via email
  • If we make major changes to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or provision of services, you may be notified via email

Email is not a secure form of communication, so we advise you not to send private or sensitive information to us via email.


How we use information

We generally use the collected information to provide the website as a service, administer the memberships, and improve the user experience. We never share your information with third parties, outside of what is absolutely necessary to provide the website as a service to visitors and members. If required to do so by a court of law or government authority, we may release collected information to said authority, in accordance with existing privacy laws.


Data security

We follow best practices when it comes to server security and we have put in place procedures to ensure the security and privacy of your data. Remember that the security of membership is only as secure as your password. Therefore, we advise you to choose a password that is not easily guessed and never share your password with any third party, since that will result in a loss of control over your information and membership. By using the website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, you may enter in this agreement and submit information to us only with the permission of your parent or guardian.
